CT STATE ATHLETICS TICKET POLICY 
All children ages 3 and older must have a ticket. Any child two (2) and under must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the Stadium. CTW Athletics/CT State is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Tickets obtained from unofficial or unauthorized sources, including but not limited to ticket brokers, fraudulent, lost, stolen or duplicated tickets, may be seized and/or canceled without refund.

The ticket holder, by attending the event, voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event he or she is attending, whether occurring prior to or subsequent to the actual event. This ticket is a revocable limited license to attend a specific athletics event. CTW Athletics /CT State may in its sole discretion revoke this license and eject or refuse entry to the ticket holder for violation of terms and conditions noted herein, stadium rules, illegal activity or misconduct. The ticket holder consents to all searches of person or property as a condition of entry and to confiscation of any and all prohibited items. Dates and times of events are subject to change without notice or any right of refund.

The ticket holder, by attending the event, grants CTW Athletics/CT State, for the benefit of its Athletics Department, a non-exclusive, transferrable, perpetual and permanent right and license to use (and to sub-license the use of) his or her name and likeness if it is included in any broadcast, photograph, recording or display in any form of media of or relating to the event he or she is attending. 

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets. No re-entry into CTW Athletics/ CT State event is allowed.
